Verity Leadership mentoring scholarships provide a 5 month mentee / mentor relationship, carefully matched on individual profiles. Mentors provide the knowledge, guidance, and support that mentees require to overcome the challenges they face in leadership roles.
We provide our mentees with the tools required to track personal growth including full SWOT analysis, resources, and a record of their personal journey. Mentees can use the journal to reflect on their progress.
We understand that achieving goals can sometimes be difficult in the face of disparity and inequity. The Verity program is designed to help people achieve their professional goals while navigating differences in the workplace.
