Verity provides  a 12 month mentee / mentor relationship, carefully matched on individual profiles. Mentors provide the knowledge, guidance, and support that female mentees require to overcome the challenges they face in leadership roles.

About Verity

We recognise that there are many aspects where leadership is not fully representative of society. At Verity, we focus on inequity by mentoring aspiring leaders from diverse backgrounds.

Mentoring is a relationship, which gives people the opportunity to share their professional and personal skills and experiences and to grow and develop in the process. It is based on encouragement, openness, mutual trust, respect and a willingness to learn and share.

Verity provides  a 4 month mentee / mentor relationship, carefully matched on individual profiles. Mentors provide the knowledge, guidance, and support that mentees require to overcome the challenges they face in leadership roles.

Track your growth

We provide our mentees with all the tools required to track personal growth including full SWOT analysis, resources, and a record of their personal journey. Mentees can use the journal to reflect on their progress.
