Verity provides a 5 month mentee / mentor relationship, carefully matched on individual profiles. Mentors provide the knowledge, guidance, and support that mentees require to overcome the challenges they face in leadership roles.

We recognise that there are many aspects where leadership is not fully representative of society. At Verity Leadership, we want to change demand for diversity in leadership so our leadership population reflects society. Our mission is to increase diversity in leadership by adding value to individuals and businesses on leadership, culture and change.

We provide consulting and advisory services, executive mentoring and coaching programs and deliver events to support engaged, connected and empathetic leadership that embraces diversity and inclusion.

We deliver speaking and networking events, leadership workshops, mentoring and coaching programs to support our goals.

Verity Leadership mentoring scholarships provide a 5 month mentee / mentor relationship, carefully matched on individual profiles. Mentors provide the knowledge, guidance, and support that mentees require to overcome the challenges they face in leadership roles.

Track your growth

We provide our mentees with the tools required to track personal growth including full SWOT analysis, resources, and a record of their personal journey. Mentees can use the journal to reflect on their progress.
